Andrea pasó una noche bastante mala, se despertó bastantes veces e incluso tenía ganas de vomitar, lo bueno fue que cuando ya me iba a trabajar fue mejorando y se quedo en la cama casi hasta las 11. Durante el transcurso del día estuvo tranquila, aunque cuando se le pasa el efecto del paracetamol los dolores regresan y se vuelve a incomodar.
Mi día de trabajo fue muy parecido al de ayer con la única diferencia que hoy estuve trabajando con Claudia. Claudia lleva trabajando en Sonati desde que abrieron en el 2009 por lo que conoce a la perfección el funcionamiento del hostel. La mañana transcurrió sin ningún sobresalto y además hice mis dos primeros check in, un nica (así le dicen a los nicaragüenses) y dos estadounidenses.
Cuando acabé mi turno tratamos de encontrar un comedor cercano para que Andrea no caminara mucho pero aquí todos los lugares que dan almuerzo a las 14:30 ya están cerrados, pequeño detalle que no sabíamos. Dejé a Andrea otra vez en el hostel y fui al supermercado a comprar comida para cocinar nosotros.
Después de comer fui al hospital porque hoy me dijeron que tenía que acudir para sacar cita para la próxima semana. Cuando llegué, como nos temiamos, ya se había pasado la hora en la que dan cita, me dijeron que me pasara mañana temprano. También fui a otro ortopedista privado para tener una segunda opinión de que todo marcha bien. El doctor ya no estaba y me dijeron que fuera mañana a las 10 para sacar cita, asi que mañana será día de médicos. Entre tanto trayecto aproveché para pegar anuncios de mis clases de español y publicitarlas un poco.
Cuando regresé al hostel ya no volvimos a salir y nos la pasamos diciendo tonterías con Lance y Suhail. Lance es británico y un amante de las hormigas, sí de las hormigas, está aquí porque le encanta la naturaleza y quiere seguir aprendiendo de bichos. Se suponía que iba a estar en Sonati como guía de tours durante unos meses, pero parece ser que no es lo suyo y está mirando otras opciones. Suhail es originario de Jordania, aunque ha vivido durante muchos años en Canadá. Según dice él, le llegó la crisis de los 40 y se puso a viajar. Suhail fue de los primeros en ayudarnos en cuanto Andrea tuvo el accidente y desde entonces siempre ha estado al pendiente de nosotros, además es bastante divertido. Lo curioso de Lance y Suhail es que ambos están por Nicaragua y prácticamente no hablan español, y no son los únicos…
Después de cenar íbamos a ver una película todos juntos, pero Andrea empezó a estar molesta con la clavícula y ya nos fuimos a dormir. Andrea esta un poco nerviosa porque mañana vamos a ir otra vez al doctor, y se teme que el hueso no esté en el lugar correcto o el tratamiento no sea el adecuado, pero bueno mañana nos sacarán de dudas.
